These limitations on our liability to you will apply regardless of the legal theory on which your claim is based, including contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory or basis.

If you entered incorrect email address, no refund will be granted. In such situation, the abstract will be automatically purchased from Ministry of Transportation (all relevant costs incurred) and sent to the email address you have erroneously entered; no recovery will be made possible. Would you require to re-process not received abstract in such a situation, you will have to place a new order, and a new payment will be required again. It is solely your responsibility to ascertain the correctness of the information you provide.
If you entered incorrect driver's licence number, no refund will be granted unless Ministry of Transportation confirmed that such driver's number does not exist. The Ministry may either a) confirm that such number does not exist; or b) generate and send an abstract of the person whose driver's licence you have provided (all relevant costs incurred). In the last situation, no refund will be made. Would you require to re-process abstract in such situation, you will have to place a new order, and a new payment will be required again. Please contact us to verify if we were able to receive a confirmation from Ministry of Transportation that such number does not exist.
